For first time orders, please fill out our quote request form and one of our customer service representatives will reach out to you. For re-orders, you can order directly through your customer service representative, or use our customer portal to place your order online.
Digital proofs will be sent through our customer portal. Once they are posted, you will receive an email alert telling you they are available for viewing. You can approve or reject the proof within the portal. In addition, you can message our pre-press team with comments or questions. Please note that once a proof is approved, it is officially ready for production and can go to press immediately. If you need to stop production on an approved proof, please reach out to your customer service representative.
Yes, we offer press proofs. Press proofs can be ordered for $25.
Yes, we are happy to make edits or changes to your artwork. Most changes do not incur any additional fees.
UPS is our preferred carrier. We are able to ship via FedEx upon request.
Your order’s tracking information can be found in the customer portal.
Yes, we do offer rush services.
Yes, you can ship your order using any shipping method offered by UPS or FedEx, including standard overnight or early AM delivery for orders that must be received before 8am.
Yes, we can ship via freight and have a number of carriers we utilize to ensure we are getting the best rates. You can also arrange your own freight transportation, if preferred.
Yes! You can request a label sample pack that showcases our wide range of label materials and finishes.

No. However, we have a flat rate minimum purchase of $50 per order. The only exception is keg collars. There is a 50ea keg collar minimum quantity order but no minimum dollar total.
Yes. There is a $25 charge per size/substrate, except for orders over $1000, for which the press proof is free.
