Natalie Koziell

Natalie’s key responsibilities are keeping the production floor running and acting as a bridge between the front office and the production floor. She also helps facilitate jobs running smoothly through the production process.

Natalie has over 25 years of customer service experience across a wide range of businesses and over 20 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting. This experience has given her the background to understand the total print process from beginning to end.

She volunteers with MARE (Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange), as she and her husband adopted their son from Foster Care. She enjoys watching my son play lacrosse because he loves it so much. She and her husband met in college while studying TV Production, and they enjoy spending time together watching TV, especially science fiction shows. Natalie also grew up with antique cars and hosts a week-long National Antique Car Show.
