Steffen Johnson, Director of Sales & Marketing

As Director of Sales & Marketing at InTouch Labels, Steffen Johnson brings more than 13 years of experience in the craft beer industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth. With a background in Sales & Marketing and leadership experience as a U.S. Army Team Leader during Operation Enduring Freedom (2010–2014), Steffen blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.

He sets company-wide sales strategies, leads the Sales and Marketing Team, manages key accounts and partnerships, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to fuel sustainable growth. Since joining InTouch Labels, Steffen has personally helped drive nearly $10 million in sales within just three years—an achievement that reflects his deep industry knowledge and passion for results.

Before coming to InTouch, Steffen owned Anawan Brewing Company in Massachusetts from 2017 to 2022, where he first connected with the label industry from a brewer’s perspective. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, Anna. A believer in servant leadership, Steffen is dedicated to building a sales & marketing culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, and shared success.
